The team is looking to appoint one experienced engineer from either a structural or mechanical background to help lead projects, mentor junior staff and strengthen the leadership team.

One Opportunity. Two Engineering Pathways.

This role will suit either a Senior Mechanical or Structural Engineer ready to step into a broader leadership position within a growing multidisciplinary consultancy.

Working closely with the Directors, you will help lead projects, mentor junior staff and support the next stage of business growth.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Leading engineering projects from concept through to delivery
• Mentoring junior engineers and drafting staff
• Managing client relationships, budgets and delivery priorities
• Reviewing technical drawings, documentation and engineering outputs
• Supporting project delivery and team performance
• Building strong relationships across industrial and regional client groups
• Contributing to a practical, collaborative and high-performing culture

Technical Capability Matters. But So Does Initiative.

To qualify, you will need a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline, alongside at least 5 years’ experience within consulting, project delivery or industrial engineering environments.

RPEQ registration, or the ability to obtain registration, will be highly regarded.

You will also bring:

• Strong technical capability within mechanical or structural engineering
• The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or technical staff
• Commercial awareness and strong project delivery understanding
• Confidence communicating with both technical and practical stakeholders
• Experience across industrial, mining, fabrication or multidisciplinary environments

Most importantly, you will be practical, proactive and capable of working with autonomy.
